Our Firm

Who we are

Emergency Support Providers (ESP) provides advocacy, education, and support for those who are in immediate need of services, are struggling to navigate cumbersome bureaucracies, or require increased responsiveness from public and private agencies. We work with a variety of clients, including high profile business leaders, performers, athletes, and celebrities because we have a unique way of supporting their high level of performance in a moment of crisis. With over thirty years of advocacy experience, we know how systems work and are dedicated to working with clients until problems are resolved.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help clients cut through the red tape to make the impossible, possible.

Heidi Levy
CEO and Chief Health Navigator

Heidi is a staunch advocate for improving the splintered health & mental health systems. She advocates, trains, and empowers her clients to always reach for a better tomorrow.

Heidi started Emergency Support Providers over thirty years ago to make a positive difference using her collective experience as an advocate, health navigator, crisis intervention navigator, peer counselor, certified benefits advisor, wellness coach, public speaker, and an appointed public policy advisor. She fights for those with any healthcare, mental health, chemical dependency (substance use) conditions, developmental disabilities, and physical challenges.

"When I empower a client to regain control of their own life and to realize they can advocate for themselves, that’s a wonderful feeling…” Heidi says. “Please let us know how we can help you navigate and cut through the red tape.”
