A Light at the End of the Tunnel

Who We Are

Emergency Support Providers (ESP) is an organization that provides advocacy, education and support for those who are in immediate need of mental health services or benefits, or requires increased responsiveness from Social Security, Social Services, health insurance companies, health and human service agencies, educational institutions and various other public and private agencies and organizations.

Our Mission

ESP provides strong advocacy based on over 30 years of experience which allows us to eliminate system-imposed obstructions.

We advocate on behalf of people, organizations and agencies who are frustrated, discouraged, distressed, overwhelmed – or sometimes paralyzed - by their inability to get their needs met in today’s cumbersome bureaucracies.

A Note From Heidi

I started Emergency Support Providers to make a positive difference using my collective experience as an Advocate, Health Navigator, Peer Counselor, Certified Benefits Advisor, Wellness Coach, Public Speaker, and an appointed public policy advisor, for those with mental health, chemical dependency (substance use) conditions, Developmental Disabilities and Psychical Challenges.

Please let me know how I can help you navigate and cut through the Red Tape.
